ISBN: 0316160199, hardcover, book club edition. It looks like this was a brand new book before the USPS got hold of it! The pages are perfect but the dust jacket is torn in a couple of places and there's a nick/hole in the cover of the book - because if its placement though, it isn't very obvious unless you know to look for it. Yours for a credit or with the order of a paperback book from my shelf.
