Very honest, moving writing about being fat and trying to lose it. The ups the downs and all the 3 year plataues in between. I laughed, I cried, I ate, and so do the women in these pages. I'd recommend this to anyone who's struggled with their weight and their self esteem, and self image. It won't help you lose the weight but it will show you that you are not alone in the struggle.

Great book about how several women deal with losing weight. This is not a "how to lose weight" book but simply a look at different personalities and how losing weight affects them. It's a great read for anyone. Some women have lost a lot of weight and some not so much. It's packed with lots of good tid-bits about everything good and bad about losing weight.

I could really relate to the stories in this book. It was clear that these were "real" women telling "real" stories from the weight-loss front lines.

A few times I had to laugh out loud and how similar the stories were to my own weight loss journey.

Very inspirational no matter how much weight you may need to lose or where you might be on that journey.

i thought this was a great book. women share there stories about weight struggles, feelings about it and some humor along the way.
it was a motivation and a reality of sorts. alot of what those women were feeling i was also or had at one time or another. a good book to read if your in a diet rut, or to kick you in the rear to get you moving.

Tell me what you eat, I'll tell you who you are.

Entertaining and some things to think about, seriously.
