"A selection of short stories which are all typical examples of Roald Dahl's outrageous, macabre, impeccably timed and bitterly funny creations."

Good, but not as good as I expected. I suppose this was a let-down because I have watched nearly every episode of the television series and every story in the book was depicted on the show.
Most of the stories leaving you wondering what just happen. Some were good and some were just boring.
