Ingredients

1 lb - hamburger
1 pkg - Tator Tots
1 can - Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can - Green beans, drained
1 can - corn, drained
1 medium - brick Velveeta Cheese, sliced

Directions

Brown hamburger & drain. In a large mixing bowl, add Cream of Mushroom soup, green beans & corn, mix well. Pour mixture into 9x13" baking pan. Top with slices of Velveeta cheese and then Tator Tots. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes, or using baking directions on Tator Tot package.

I made this for my work's Thanksgiving potluck lunch, and it was a big hit...was not a bite left! Only thing I would suggest is adding more hamburger than what is called for. I used a bit over a pound, and I think I could've done a pound and a half. But I got nothing but rave reviews about it. Thanks so much!
