I have a million thoughts and no thoughts at the same time. Parts were really beautiful, like Saba's train of thought, I felt like nothing was left uncovered, and then there were parts that just annoyed me to no end.

Not sad I read it though, and glad it was audiobook.

Book is based during the revolution of the 1980's. It is a story about a young girl's dreams of the U.S. The story is wrapped up in story telling form, which is an unusual read. My heart breaks for the women of Iran and the men who love them. My 16 yr. old daughter also read this book, although there are a few very troubling scenes, she recommended that I read it.
