The first in the Inspector Mallett series. Very intelligent and witty. A nice quick read. Set in England, it's about Inspector Mallet who is charged with finding the murderer of a man who, it seems, cheated several people out of money. I am definitely going to read the next in the series called Death Is No Sportsman.
