an inspirational romance
the young and beautiful police rookie had some problems with fellow cops when she didn't get the support she needed from them. Ex cop John Gabriel was hired to keep an eye on her and rescued her when she was trapped in a burning building.
This was an earlier book by this author, so it wasn't as good as the more recent ones. But I still liked it!
