My Texas Salsa

  • 1/2 medium - yellow or white onion, diced
  • 1//4 bunch - cilantro, chopped (Optional)
  • 1-4 each - jalapenos, diced (Wear gloves if sensitive to capsasin) (Remove seeds and ribs from jalapenos if yu want it really mild)
  • - salt to taste
  • dash - lemon juice (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a ceramic or non-metallic bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
