I got think about what Charlie said about someone finding this forum and running thru with torches. *lol*
On a whole, do you think that folks realize this is here? Do you think more people "peek" and just don't say anything?
The things I wonder about are wierd. *lol*

I don't know Bernie.  There was more interest in the beginning.  I think people peek in here.  How could they resist?  It's a party! :)

I peek more than I post, not just in this forum but in a lot of them.  I just like to see what other people are discussing.  Sometimes I learn new things.  I try not to contribute to the conversation if what I have to say is totally useless, but no doubt I slip up and do that anyway.  So feel free to ignore my mental ramblings......:p

Well, no more posting in my pj's if you are all peeking! LOL

I think it is more a matter of who is interested. There are many forums I have never even looked at because they hold no interest for me.

Me too.....I post every once and awhile, but most of the time I lurk.  Of course I'm like that in most forums, except the games.  There you can't shut me up!  ;)

I have a confession to make:  I sort of feel guilty when I post in here since I'm not LBT or Q.   I sort of feel like this forum should be a sanctuary for the LGBTQ population - sort of a "safe" place away from us straightys.  I know you guys welcome us, but as much as I support your, well, um -   *everything* -  I will never know what it is to be in your shoes, and don't *ever*want to make anyone who is LGBTQ uncomfortable by participating.

My feeling is that as long as it is sharing ideas, opinions, thoughts anyone should be able - and feel free - to post in any of the forums. There are issues that are borderline in being ONLY about LGBTQ and that could involve other issues as well - religious, political, etc that in one way or another effect everyone.

Unless someone is posting in a disprespectful and obnoxious manner all forums should be all inclusive, IMO.

Me too.  I'm not much of a talker, but I like to read what people are saying.

Mostly a peeker. ;-)

Charlie - please don't stop posting in your pj's, lol.  Oh and also, AMEN to what you said a couple of posts ago.

L - please don't stop posting in here just because you aren't LGBTQ - how about this - we make you an 'honorary' member!!! lol  All kidding aside, I for one, truly value what you have to say and have always respected you for your support.

Hmmm - if you didn't specifically say "I'm not LGBT or Q" do you think anyone would really know?  Does anyone here know my sexuality?

Ages ago, there was a Quantum Leap episode which focused on the question of whether or not this one character was gay, and in the end the question wasn't really answered.  So a different character asked "Well, is he or isn't he?"  Sam Beckett (the main character) asked "Does it matter?"  Unless you're interested in romance or sex with someone, does it?

I'm a peeker, though I have this strange feeling that I'm the only ftm on here.   Most LGB groups aren't exactly lovely towards their trans brothers and sisters (even if they are gay like myself) so I tend to be very quiet in LGB communities.

And Kari,

In QL's case, I seem to recall Al asked that and you know how much Al loved women so it was probably shock on his part.  ;)
