Someone is killing those at the top of our government with impunity. Supreme Court Justices. Federal Reserve Board Governors. No amount of security seems to be enough. The President has taken an unprecedented step by asking Jack McCall, formerly of the CIA, to lead a task force to find and stop the killer or killers before they strike again. They get their first lead when a letter arrives from a group calling itself American Militia to Restore Representative Government and signed by Commander LW. Their demands appear to be straightforward: abolish the Federal Reserve and have the entire Supreme Court stand down. With there being Supreme Court vacancies to fill and nominees reluctant to serve, McCall is put under tremendous pressure from the President, Congress and the public to find this group and put an end to their efforts. Can McCall catch the killers or will our government be forced to give in to their demands? Only time will tell and time is in short supply.

The Third Coincidence by David Bishop is the most timely political thriller I believe I have ever read. There is a great deal of discontent in America right now. Americans are divided like never before over religious, economic and social issues. Militia groups have grown at an alarming rate. Bishop has woven all these facts together to create a thriller like no other. The characters are real in a way rarely found in fiction. The plot could easily be prophetic. This is without a doubt a 5 star adventure.-Reviewed by Jud Hanson
