motivating factors creating ambition explore repressed corners of ones own being. opposites within our very nature, the middle way spoken of in buddhas teachings seems to be a kind of reconciliation of opposites the inner and outer human, turning reality inward and externalizing consciousness to reach desired results. incorporation of imagination while not confuseing the unreal for the real. how does one recognize future potentials without deluding themselves and chasing clouds of smoke? where does one find the will to be driven from within rather than from without? balance of opposites within ones own self throu constant practice and mindfulness of thoughts and actions. a meditation my goal is for self transformation ,I intend to cultivate within myself virtues. now these virtues are points are points that im currently lacking these virtues are spiritually progressive. in order to manifest these virtues within myself. I must cultivate channels of mental energy towards not only the meanings but also the corresponding activities and qualities. to carry them out in thought word and deed through constant practice, creating one pointedness. some of the virtues to apply are patience unmovable. harmony in thought word and deed. discrimination between the real and the unreal. generosity, and consideration. a further meditation the heart my life center pumping blood and renewing cells throughout the entire body providing ground for outward radiance and physical vigor. mentally conceived from an emotional level meant to produce empathy thus giving me a choice a propensity for will. love compassion and forgiveness are keys to the heart
