This book is a wonderful read! It is two stories in one. One takes place just after the Second World War in England and it is about a large group of Displaced Children and a town that cares for them ..the other is well after the War and a bonding of a Grandmother and teen Granddaughter. This is not really a Christmas story-Christmas is there but the story takes you way past that!
A fast read-a love lost and a new one found and a group of needy children-what more could you ask for! Looking to find more by this author...again a great read!

I just finished this book and enjoyed it so much. It has a Christian theme throughout the book and would recommend it highly.
