Tom Sawyer is a character who Twain developed so well, you fall in love with him on first meeting. This will remind you of your childhood and a great reminder that kids should be kids.

Published in 1963. Written in 1876. Mark Twain based this wonderful adventure story on episodes in his and his friends lives when boys. He includes superstitions that were prevalent in his boyhood. His hope (which is today an actuality) is that it would be enjoyed not only by children but also by adults.
