Very honest account of a Chaplains roll the the Vietnam war. It took me longer to get through this book than other books about Vietnam. It would be a wonderful book for pastors, priests, missionaries as it deals with not only the physical battle going on around them, but also the emotional battle that goes on inside someone who is trying not only to save the lives of the men...but also thier souls.
