This book was used for PHYED210 through a local college here for a Health and wellness course. It has a lot of valuable information in it. Accompanied with the behavior change book it really helps to establish an exercise routine specific for your body. You can also use the evalueat CD and monitor your foods to make sure you are eating balanced meals and proportions.
