Hi-- Could someone please explain this? I have never experienced this before. I'm sure it's pretty self-explanatory but would like input. Your item was misrouted. The error has been corrected and every effort is being made to deliver it as soon as possible. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later. Thanks! |

This scan usually happens when your book winds up in the wrong zipcode, Trish. The delivery address was misread by the machines or a person and sent to the wrong place. Someone caught it and now it's headed in the right direction. |

So DH was in the Middle East on a business trip with a fellow employee. The other guy's wife went on a 3 week vacation, but discovered in the first two days that she had somehow locked herself out. No problem, husband was suppose to get back 2 days after wife, but DH was getting back 2 weeks before husband. So DH brought the keys home from the Middle East and I put them in the mail, with DC and mailed them to a girlfriend of the wife. They live in Dallas, about an hour away from our Fort Worth home. Not only did the keys finally arrive the day after the wife got home and the day before the husband did, they traveled through TN and IL to get there. And that is what "missent" means on the tracking information. :) Kerry |
