This isn't really a book.....more like a detailed list of products for this particular company's line of vitamin supplements. I thought it would tell me how to make my own preparations. Disappointing.

Information on various medicinal plants and formulas using these plants along with their contraindictions and drug interactions.
Extremely disappointed. This book is just an advertisement for supplements sold by Gaia Herbs. It takes you on a tour of their facilities, lists the herbs in the products, tells you what the product does and how much to take.
