"The American story" is a three book series beginning with the death of George Washington and ending with Ole Hickory's crushing blow to the redcoats at New Orleans in 1814. "Treason" is the 2nd book and details the fall of Aaron Burr, the Hamilton duel and Burr's attempt to steal the entire Louisiana Territory from Jefferson. I can't say it enough, Great books.
