This is a great book for anyone who is interested in finding out what Witchcraft is really all about- even if you are not interested in practicing.
There are dozens of books out there that want to inform you about the Craft because they are convinced they need to "save" you and your children from this "evil" religion. Those books don't help anyone- they just spread propoganda.
I fully believe that anyone wanting to be able to "pipe in" about Wicca/Witchcraft in a religious conversation should be educated- and Cunningham's book is the most basic and respected one out there today. He's easy to read and easy to relate to.

This is a wonderful book. It clears up many misconceptions about Witchcraft and Witches. If you practice The Craft, this is a wonderful book to share with friends and family so that they can try to understand your chosen path. Scott Cunningham was a wonderful writer and all of his books are worth a look.

Very informative book, even though it was written along time ago it is still very accurate. A very good book for anybody wanting to know more about Wicca and Magic even if they are not seeking the path for themselves. Cunningham give nice over view and explains many aspects in his usual easy to read manner.
