Ingredients

1/2 cup - margarine

5 Tbs - flour
-
1 tsp - salt

1/4 tsp - pepper

2 1/2 cup - milk

8 oz 1 - cream cheese

1 can - tuna
-
1 pkg - sliced Munster or Mozzerella

1 1/2 cups - bread crumbs
Directions
Cook noodles and drain. Melt 5 Tbs. of butter in medium saucepan; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Slowly add milk and continue stirring until sauce thickens and boils for 1 minute. Slice cream cheese into sauce and stir until melted, then stir in tuna. Remove from heat. Pour about 3/4 cup of the sauce into a greased 10 cup baking dish, then layer other ingredients on top as follows: Half noodles, half of remaining sauce, 2 slices of Munster cheese (or other), remaining noodles, half of remaining sauce, remaining chesse, remaining sauce....Your making layers....Melt remaining butter in small sauce pan and bread crumbs and toss. Sprinkle over mixture in backing dish . Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until good and hot.
