Combine butter, sour cream and egg. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add flour, salt, baking powder and sage; blend at low speed, mixing well. Spread batter evenly over the bottom and up the sides of a ungreased 9 1/2" deep-dish pie plate.
FILLING -
1/3 cup carrot, chopped
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup red pepper, chopped
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
10 3/4oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
Mix together vegetables, turkey and soup; place into pie crust and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
Yummy main course that only needs a salad and a simple dessert for a complete meal.
