Amazing. Really amazing.
I've been wanting to read this classic tale for an age, and I like a good haunted story as much as anyone keen on the genre, especially as this book seems to make it onto every best of horror list in anticipation of Halloween. However, I didn't like this one all that much, mainly because I find classic literature challenging to decipher. I had too many unanswered questions to ever call this a satisfying read. 2 stars.
