In America, we have a hard time understanding objective truth is NOT subject to democracy. Characterizing two ex-nuns as "being Catholic and fighting from within the Church for reform" is a opinion, not a fact. Even John Paul II, a man seen sometimes as the "ecumenical Pope," said when visiting Miami at the beginning of his pontificate, You cannot be Catholic if you descent from the Church. The book mis-characterizes the story; it is a story of two women who *believe* they are Catholic, fighting from outside the Church. The Church will never sanction abortion, because a biological entity being alive and not alive are objective facts and not "issues up for debate". Period. You don't have to remain Catholic if you cannot accept this.
