This is a very interesting read. I am always interested in where foods come from and how they are made. I have alot of allergies and so it is always important to know what exactly is in my food! The more I read about processed foods the more I avoid them! This one is worth the read!

good book, very detailed in descriptions on what goes into the little snack cake that will not expire.
