I received a letter from the post office, they found the wrapper from a book I sent but not the book. I have PM'd the person who was supposed to receive the book to let her know, but the date for it to be declared "lost in the mail" has not come yet. I have PM'd two people at "Live Help" and have not received a response. What should I do? I have already received credit since I printed postage on the wrapper, so I am not worried about that.

Thanks for any help you can give me.
