I decided since I was close I'd go to the actual local post office instead of the contract station I usually go to, and waited over 20 minutes to mail out 2 packages.  It was 1pm (lunch time) but there were 30 customers there, one clerk only selling stamps and money orders and one clerk processing everyone else.  It would have been faster for me to drive over to the contract station and mail it all out than to stand there and wait. 

On the bottom of my receipt  there was a website to tell them about your recent postal experience.  Will it actually go anywhere or make any difference?
