I haven't been getting scanned updates on my Printable Postage packages, and I assumed that they weren't getting scanned (which seemed weird because EVERYTHING that I've ever put DC on gets scanned at my hub). I recently had a package that the address wasn't eligible for PP, so I just used PBS's DC, and I noticed a difference. USPS DC#: 420363759102805213907393988232
10/9 is the date that I printed the label, and 10/13 is the date that I mailed it. So, USPS is told to expect it before they even get the package. For a package that I used PP on: USPS DC#: 9102165561353000039634 There's no note that USPS was told to expect the package (and when I put the number directly into the USPS web site, I'm told " No information is available for this item. Please contact the sender.") I printed and mailed it on 10/8. It should have gone through Capitol Heights, MD (where, in the past, EVERYTHING has been scanned). Is there some type of glitch in the system? Thanks! Denise

Denise, I am having the same problems. I spoke to someone at USPS customer service and all of my packages show up on THEIR computers, but PBS doesn't show any information and when I type in the DC number at the USPS website it shows "no information available for this item". I am waiting to hear from technical support. I'll post their response here for everyone.
