I have read almost all of Deepak Chopra's books and this is my absolute without a doubt favorite. Even though this book was written a long time ago, I still found it quite relevant today and in my life. This book has helped me more than any other self-help book I have ever read. How To Know God is my other favorite Deepak Chopra book, the title made it sound religious, however it was more philosophical and metaphorical than anything. This books title, however was quite appealing to me when I first decided to order it, and it not only lived up to my expectations, but exceeded them. WOW. If you like Deepak Chopra, or even if you are interested in D.C., this book is EXCELLENT. Check it out!
