I have been a fan of this author for the past few years and totally by accident. A family member gave me a few of his books (Tullarosa...) After the first I was hooked. The main character Kevin Kearney is not some flawless superhero. McGarrity portrays him as someone real with warts and issues. If you want to fall into a quick reading adventure pick up one of McGarrity's Keven Kearney books and be prepared to disappear for a while.
