This was good. I really liked the plot. I was very happy to see that the angst wasn't overdone or dragged out for too long, but I was also impressed that all wasn't forgiven in an instant.
Brian had a rough go of it from his parents and his pack only to have his mate do the same. Marcus did it out of some weird sense of responsibility he felt to his parents to provide them with grandchildren.
I'm glad he didn't take too long to decide that his happiness was more important than having biological children--which he could still have with a surrogate.
I liked that Brian was willing to give Marcus another chance, but made him work for it, without going overboard.
I look forward to reading about the other brothers.
