  My mind has been wounded
By a twist of fate
My reality spills out
Because I heal too late
"Earth to you
You grievous fool
You love has been shattered
Your trust is but a tool
Of all the stupid,
Malevolent acts
You run away
After his back you have stabbed."
My conscience screams
These fiery words
As I thrust my pain
At this articulate curse
"My life is in your hands."
I cry
"For there is no patience left here
For you you to try.
My heart is empty
But my love is pure
In my throat burns a fire
Passion's water cannot cure."
With these senseless words
My fate is sealed
To hatred I bow
To misery I kneel.

I shivered a little with the last two lines "To hatred I bow, To misery I kneel" Makes me want to jump in and say something like" For once upon a time our love was so real"
