Excellent entry in the World War series by Turtledove. I'm really hooked on the series now and will see it thru to the end.

This volume has enough look-back to explain prior events,if you have not read the first 2 volumes, but the series is best read in order. Continues the fight of the WWII combined allied and axis forces against the "space invaders" and follows the characters from the first 2 volumes.

I enjoyed the book. Still like look at the war thru the individual lives of humans and aliena involved. Was some disappointed no mention of the fighter jet pictured on the pick was not mentioned. Over all still a good book.

Again a great book. This series is very tight especially the first four books.
