I sat on the chair and said "what are you doing"?,
you looked at me sideways and said
nothing.
I turned away and you left the room.
Why is it like this?

You're mom came to visit,
I would'nt stay,
I left,
you got mad.

The puppy is ill so we went to the vet,
he gave her a pill,
we went home.
Nothing more.

I sat on the sofa while you lay on the floor,
the puppy cradled in your arms,
I turned the lights off and drank my wine,
love!

We went to church,
walked by the lake,
took a ride into the hills,
we are together.

We are together.
