This is a great devotional that takes you through an entire year. I is set up to get you thinking about your relationship with God and how you are living your life rather than real specific Bible passages. It is a great companion to any Bible study.

I love these daily readings. They are so deep and it seems that every sentence the author writes goes right to my heart and mind. Each daily reading begins with a few words of scripture--sometimes only a phrase. Then the author talks about how these words should be played out in the reader's life. Very profound! This is the third year that I've been reading "My Utmost for His Highest"--I have another copy--and I will continue to read it, because it helps me understand what God expects of His children.
