1 HEAD CABBAGE, FINELY CHOPPED, 1C. SUGAR, 1/2 TSP. PEPPER, 1/2C. VINEGAR, 1 TSP. SALT, 1 TSP. CELERY SEED, 1 GREEN PEPPER,CHOPPED, 1 ONION, CHOPPED, 1/2C. CANOLA OIL. COMBINE VEGETABLES IN LARGE BOWL. MIX SUGAR, PEPPER, VINEGAR, SALT,CELERY SEED, AND OIL TOGETHER IN SMALL BOWL TO MAKE DRESSING. STIR WELL AND POUR OVER CHOPPED VEGETABLES. COVER AND CHILL FOR 4 TO 24 HOURS. STIR SEVERAL TIMES.
