Good book. I enjoyed reading it very much. Michelle Bardsley is continuing to surprise me by turning out fun books to read and having different and unique characters. I'm enjoying this series and look forward to the next book.

This book is a quick, fun read! Sometimes you just want something not too deep. This continues the story of the town of Broken Heart and the Turnbloods who live there.

Not my favorite so far, but still good and I am looking forward to the next one. Bardsley's female characters are strong, smart and tough, yet everyday women like the rest of us.

A great follow up to the first book. It was fun. Pretty light. Read it in one sitting. And couldn't wait to get my hands on the next one.

Very similar to the Betsy Undead Series of MaryJanice Davidson, but not as funny. I still enjoyed it though. It was fun. I like that her characters have flaws. They are definitely not perfect. And they are character flaws not flaws that are keeping the two main character from getting together. I think it makes it more interesting. She also does a very good job of balancing the plot of the series with romance. Gabriel here really didn't need to do much wooing. This is the second one of the broken heart series I have read. I'm not sure where her sister coming back to get married will lead, but I guess I will see if it is something that's revisited in the future books. Overall I thought it was worth the read for a light, quick story.

This will be last the book I read in the Broken Heart series. Her characters have become increasingly dumb and the plot has been filled with nonsensical tangents....I know what you're thinking, it's about vampires and werewolves isn't it already nonsensical? Well this story is about a beautician who lives in a trailer....I can only guess which character the story will continue with cause it's seems be a downward slope and nothing something worth reading. In an attempt to copy the Undead and Unwed series by MaryJ anice Davidson, Bardsley has come up short.

As with previous two in the series, this is fun and funny and fast to read. I thought the romance could have been more developed. We never really got to know the hero and never felt convinced why she decided she loved him. After this book I decided not to read others. I just don't care enough about the characters and never enjoyed them as much after the first book.

Initially found this series to be good, light funny read. Very much like MJD...but now it seems to be the same old, same old. Read one of them and you essentially have the outline for each and every book. Don't get me wrong the series serves it purpose...it's a mindless, fun, beach read if you are in the mood for that kind of thing. But again, if you read one of this series, you've read them all.
