I have honestly never read this book. When I was younger I did like the endworld series which is where the blade series started from but kinda of like alot of gifts. Its the gift that keeps on giving even though I dont read them anymore. The ones I did read were good though.

Vampire Strike/Pipeline Strike is essentially two short novels about Blade and the Freedom Force in a post-nuclear war America. The action is excellent, with every gory detail shown in vivid colour. However, the novels suffer from a low-quality and rather youthful (and perhaps inexperienced) writing style. The characters are simple and hollow, the dialogue is rather unrealistic, and some things just do not make any sense.
Despite the numerous shortfalls, the novels do make for a quick, engaging and action-packed read.
