Cream together butter, sugar and eggs.

Add milk, coconut, crushed vanilla wafers and pecans.  Mix well

Pour into greased and floured bunt pan (9x13 may also be used) and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until done.

CREAM CHEESE ICING (optional)

1 8oz. package of cream cheese

1 stick of butter

1 1lb. box of powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together and spread over cake or drizzle.
