My daughter has been a vegetarian since age 12 (she's 19) and this is my most used cookbook because these are dishes I can serve to the whole family. They are not your crunchy granola type recipes but vegetarian with some flair! Our favorites include the Goat Cheese pizza (with onions and walnuts mmm)and the Carmelized onion tart. I am far from a gourmet cook but found these recipes easy to replicate and for the most part with easily obtained ingredients.
