Brown sausage in skillet, drain fat. Warm Cream cheese in microwave til it's soft (but not hot!) Mix well with sour cream. Add tomatoes (do not drain juice!) to mixture. Add sausage. Serve warm with chips.

This is a great recipe to serve in a crockpot, on low temp. It'll quickly become a huge family favorite!

I get asked of Jimmy Dean sausage is needed, or if Rotel Brand tomatoes are needed. The answer to both is YES. They really are what make this dip so great. Off brands just don't do it justice! (this is coming from someone who buys storebrand items all the time! This is one thing we do not sacrifice though!)
