  The Vessel

There is nothing like the crystal blue ocean on a fantastic sunny day. There is nothing, no nothing like it, except your love, and your way.

Like a vessel out at sea, there is a feeling, oh yes a feeling of freedom and vast liberty. Then the waves come, thrashing against your vessel! The winds come howling. The rain, oh the constant rain with its heavy and merciless downpours.

it is on this dark and dreary sea that the test begins.

your vessel gracefully and slowly glides up watery slopes, the ambiance of lightning bolts and thunder crackling in the air, pitch black with the exception of the flashing burst of light.

Your vessel reaches the top, arches forward and violently descends into the seemingly dark abyss. You plunge forward picking up speed. With water splashing everywhere, your stomach churns as your vessel slams head first into the choppy, wet surface below. This goes on as you eventually drift away into a slumber.

Awake! Your soul cries out in a shrill, yet bold voice. Upward, you make your journey to the deck.

The light is brighter than that of the sun at noon day as it compliments the crystal blue sea. It once again is a reminder of the beauty between you and me.

Relationships are like that you see. Sometimes they are beautiful like that of the calm and beautiful sea, and sometimes they are rough and rocky. Yes, they can be quite stormy.

Weather the bad times and always cherish the good. Your sweetheart is the most important thing in the world. You know this, or at least you should!
