Hi Georgia--I grew up in Washington State and have been to Victoria many times. It's one of my favorite cities for walking and biking. For the best bookstore in town you'll need to go to Munro's. My favorite places for tea are James Bay Tearoom and Blethering Place. The Butchart Gardens are a must (you'll need a car or take a tour from Inner Harbor). Take a tour of Parliment. Rogers has great chocolates. If you'd like more info let me know. (Rob)
