This is the British publication of "London Transports", a set of short stories (25) that have some connection with the London subway. Written in 1978, this edition published 1993.
The stories are in a different order than "London Transports", but random checking shows that they are identical stories (the American version is not edited down, as some British books are).

Typical, well written Maeve Binchy..... I just wish she had developed some of the stories into longer books. But I recommend this book to all Binchy fans.
