I am a big fan of Bertrice Small however this is probably the first book that I was dissapointed with. I think that in order to close the Skye O'Malley saga she did it rushed and this is how this book felt to me. The characters were forgetable and boring. I did not finish the third story. It's a let down because all of the O'Malley saga was an excellent series I wish it would have ended better but I'll stick to her other O'Malley books instead.
I couldn't get into the stories, although I tried a couple of times.
Very good book. A nice ending to the Skye O'Malley series. And a nice send off for the grand daughters of Skye's favorite grand daughter Jasmine. The story of Lady Cyn was the best.

Very good historical romance book. Made up of three short stories
One of Small's best. It made me want to find the preceeding books on Skye's Legacy because these characters were each fasinatingly different and exciting. You were never sure of the outcome or if these three woman would find happiness. Big book and could not put it down. I wish I had a Grandmama like

I have yet to read a Bertrice Small novel that was not incredible. I have read about 20 so far and plan on continuing til I have read them all. Marvelous read.
