I took my account off hold this morning. On my shelf I have

The Vampire Armand (Vampire Chronicles, Bk 6) (Abridged Audio CD) If you click the link you will see it is wished for by three members. Why isn't it showing on my main page "waiting on member"? Several other books did this when I took the account off hold.

Hmm. What the hay. I went back to my bookshelf and that is when I saw the little gray exclamation point on the right side of the screen. It says "Pending request" and it goes on about the 1 hour buyers remorse blah blah. I don't think this has ever happened for WL books. As soon as I have posted them it immediately shows up as a WL hold. Is this new? Or am I getting senile?

Is it on your shelf with a grey (!) by it? It could be in a 1hr buyer's remorse for an auto-request instead of a 48-hr hold which are the only ones that show up in that tab.

I don't know about the senility, but that's not new :-)

Yes, that is where it is. Auto requests have the one hour hold? For some reason I have thought it skips the one hour hold. Silly me. I took "auto Request" to mean the book was auto requested and the process was immediate.

lol Thanks. I'm starting to wonder though.............
