"John Lee tells how he came to realize that his inability to be happy in relationships with women stemmed from his codependency needs. Journey with him through his triumph over codepndent fears." Book is written for "men and women who want to heal addictive relationships." However the author really writes from the male perspective or more for men developing healthy relationships. I enjoyed his speaking engagement more than the book but ... the book is all that is available :~)
