A very intense book. Can they really catch killers through the computer? Are main character says "Watch Me"

I thought this book was pretty good it was a page turner. I like Thriller/Mystery and horror books though.

Thy said that she couldn't catch a serial killer, she said said watvh me. Evenif you don't know a byte from adam you will find it impossible to put down.

Special FBI agent Jay Fletcher knows how to catch serial killers. She's developed a computer program that identifies the most vicious murderers in America.

I read about 1/3 of the book and just couldn't get into it. It contains a lot more descriptions than it does conversations.
