I'm not sure that the instructions above will help you or not.  That said, ...

When I catalog books at work, I do the ones that I know have holds on them (just like what you would like to post here first).  After that, I do whatever comes across my desk in no particular order.

You can save your search here.  And then you can go back to it later and limit the search parameters to just the recently added books.

If R&R don't have a way to do this with just the title, author, and ISBN, maybe you might ask to have it added as a feature down the line.

I would just do them in whatever order they happen to be in.  You'll have to spend time matching the books wanted with the books you have on hand.  I'd say to use that time it would take to match ISBNs you can use to post by ISBNs.  You're going to have an awfully huge chunk of your wallet for putting out titles you know are on the wish list before you start with the others.

Unless, of course, the books are on MY wish list.  :)

Actually, I do use the Book List Import Bookmark described above. You have to know how to make a basic HTML page, and if you do, it's a couple steps, but definitely works. I just received a large quantity of books, and similar to you, I wanted to check on them before posting. Partially to see how many WL books I had, but also to see if there were any that already had 200+ copies in the system already, and therefore I can pass them on locally rather than taking up needed space on my physical shelves here at home for a book that will probably not be ordered until 2 yrs from now!

I can give you instructions on how to do this if you are interested. All you need is a simple html editor to make your list of ISBNs of the books you'd like to post into a web page, and then I can give you instructions from there. But, without knowing how to make them into a web page, its not a useful tool for you, and there is no way to accomplish what you want in advance of posting the books.

The WL is too massive for them to provide any method of printing it. They have said this several times that they will not provide any method, as it would be humongous to try to print several hundreds of pages even if you are just looking at printing straight text of the author, title, & ISBNs.

If you would like the instructions on how I check them using the Import Bookmark, feel free to send me a PM.

I highlight and edit/copy the 50 showing on the site page for the Top 50.  I take that to microsoft excel and take off the word wrap and merging on all the cells.  I then copy/paste the author/title column and paste in another worksheet as values to get rid of all the pictures.  I then use filter to get rid of any extra information that I don't need.
