Good book sad start but showed how strong Ella is and what a blessing God was to her in her life. The Wedding Quilt help her face her challenges.

I liked this book better than some of Eicher other books I have read. It was a story of tragedy, overcomeing and moving on with life in the midst of it. It also shows how Amish communities are there for each other.

I also enjoyed this book more than some of Eicher's other books. The storyline was much smoother, so I was able to get into the story. Ella is a very devoted young woman who struggles with losing her one and only true love. But through her faith and the support of her family she begins to see that God is working in her life, and she finds the strength to move on.
