Notes

I have yet to find oven ready lasagna noodles. We just make the noodles out of the box and cut them.

Use a large pot or large electric skillet for this.

We just use the store brand Zesty Italian Dressing.

My family tried this recipe this week. It is definitely a keeper. Very easy and fast to put together after work. It was also great for leftovers at work the next day. Thanks!

This is a quick, easy and delicious recipe! I didn't have lasagna noodles, so substituted with a box of whole-wheat rotini. My husband and I both loved it. Thanks, Bernie!

Thanks for posting this, Bernie! I'm going to try it this weekend. If you use 90% lean ground beef, and reduced-calorie Italian dressing, one serving is worth 13 points for those on Weight Watchers.
